NOxFREE®Exhaust Gas SCR（Selective Catalytic Reduction）System

The exhaust gas cleaning system (EGCS NOxFree) is independently developed by Qingdao Sunrui Marine Environment Engineering Co., Ltd to reduce the nitrogen oxides emissions of marine diesel engine. The principle of the system is the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) method, that is, under the action of a catalyst, the reducing agent reacts with nitrogen oxides within a certain temperature range (280-450ºC) to generate harmless nitrogen and water. In order to ensure the safety of personnel, the urea solution is sprayed into the high temperature exhaust gas to decompose it to produce ammonia gas. The system is composed of catalytic reaction unit, urea dosing unit and control system.

1.触媒反応ユニット

1.1SCR触媒

触媒の種類はDNX-LDコルゲートプレートで、ディーゼルエンジンDe-NOx用に特別に設計されています。触媒の利点は次のとおりです。

1.高活動;

2.SOへの影響が少ない₂酸化;

3.毒性に対する高い耐性;

4.構造物の防振-振動設計;

5.加熱および機械的衝撃に対する高い耐性。

1.2SCR整流子

反応器は高温耐性のある材料でできており、入口には煙道ガスの均一性を確保するためのガイド装置が装備されています。反応器の各層には、触媒の活性を確保するための煤吹き装置が装備されています。シーリング構造は、煙道ガスが逃げるのを効果的に防ぐために科学的です。

1.3SCRミキサー

ミキサーは蒸発と混合の統合を採用しており、サイズが小さく、配置が簡単です。迂回構造の設計が洗練されており、排気ガスとアンモニアガスの混合効果が向上しています。尿素スプレーガンにはデュアル-流体構造が採用されており、尿素溶液の噴霧性能を提供するために圧縮空気が使用されています。

2.尿素投薬ユニット（UDU）

UDUではデュアル-流体スプレーガンが使用され、尿素溶液の噴霧効果を向上させるために圧縮空気が使用されます。

3.制御システム

3.1Sunruiコントロール

• Control the urea supply, the standby heating system, the soot blowing and the venting system based on MDT signals.

• Send operation status data to MDT

3.2MDT制御

• Judge the SCR running mode.

• Control the main valves (RBV, RTV, RSV, CBV).

• Reducing agent calculation and dosing.
