BWMS電解消毒ユニット
電解ユニットは、ろ過した海水のごく一部を電解槽に取り込み、酸化剤(主に次亜塩素酸ナトリウム)と副生水素を生成します。電解水には次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液が含まれており、酸化剤投与ポンプまたはユニットを用いてメインバラストパイプに注入されます。

バラストフィルターは自動バックフラッシングフィルターです。そのフラッシングは中断することなく行われます
操作および最小限の圧力損失で。フィルターには50ミクロンのスクリーンがあり、サイズが50ミクロンを超えるプランクトンや固体粒子を効果的に除去し、システムによって生成される酸化剤の消費を減らすのに役立ちます。

自動中和装置は、バラスト除去プロセス中に処理されたバラスト水中の残留緑泥石を中和するために使用されます。 ナ2S2O3中和剤として溶液を使用します。
BalClor® BWMS technology applies a combination of filtration, disinfection and neutralization process. BalClor® BWMS treats ballast water on board through filtration followed by disinfection with oxidants produced by an electrolytic process during ballasting, and neutralization at de-ballasting. The operation of the system is not subject to temperature, salinity and turbidity.
